First of all, I'm generally against forwarding jokes, movies, funny pictures, and other senseless garbage via e-mail. Yes, now and then I'll do it, but it's very rare. For those of you who can not resist, and absolutely must forward a joke, please have the common courtesy to not share your contact list with the rest of the world. We do not want to receive junk e-mail from spammers. Please remove any e-mail addresses currently contained in the e-mail body from the message before you forward it. They usually look like this:
If you remove the blocks of addresses that look like the above, and send the e-mail To: yourself and Bcc: the rest of the recipients on your list, then you have taken an easy step toward helping rid your friends of some unwanted spam.
