You have done all you possibly can in this matter. It is rather doubtful if the email can be retrieved. Let it go and move on. MJS

There does not appear to be a way where you can retrieve emais once they have left the deleted folder; however, if you refer this to customer service and give them time and date when the emails were deleted, they may be able to retrieve them. It has worked for me to some extent ...

Be sure that you have all the names of those who send you email messages in your address book. The computer will recognize the names and will not send the messages to spam. I hope that this helps. MJS
