Do you know why I am getting these from clients?

I got an email from my host saying one of my web sites was sending spam.. we are now blacklisted… what do i do?

With qmail is there a way system wide that I can set blacklists for all the clients hosted on my Plesk server? Right now in their cpanel the user can black list 100 addresses and that's it. Wasn't sure if there was more I could do?

For my friends company they also have a PCI compliance they are trying to adapt to and most of the big issues right now are because the email (pop/imap/smtp) are all done with no SSL. We do have an SSL for www.example.com but assuming I will need to buy one for whatever mail server settings...

I have an email address that is just a forward, so test@example.com just forwards to username@gmail.com In the .qmail file for test I have this: | /var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs/info/api/pipe.php #| true &username@gmail.com The api script is set to 755 as well...
