How to fix the error 7-Zip Access Denied when installing Mozilla Thunderbird

Hello,

When trying to install Mozilla Thunderbird do you get the error 7-Zip : Access Denied?

You need to clear out your OS temporary files folder and then re download the Mozilla Thunderbird install program.

To find the temporary files folder on your computer:

• Windows 98/ME:
  • Go to Start
  • Click Run
  • Type C:\Windows\Temp
  • Click OK

• Windows 2000/XP:
  • Go to Start
  • Click Run
  • Type %temp%
  • Click OK

If all else fails you can download and install 7-Zip, right click on the Thunderbird install file, extract the install files, and click on setup.exe to get Thunderbird installed on your computer.
