I have been receiving the message "There are no unread messages in your inbox" for the last two weeks. So, I can't read any messages when working away from my own computer and the Entourage mail program on my own MAC. Any ideas how I should proceed?
My Entourage did crash a few weeks ago and I did have to reset the POP and SMTP settings. Would that have affected YAHOO mail at all? Since the trouble with yahoo started at that time,too I thought they may be related since I am not computer literate enough to know.
Help appreciated. I'll be traveling away from home for a month needing to check emails periodically through yahoo mail. Best with step-by-step details..."novice"
