Yahoo mail account

I am not able to access my yahoo mail account it keeps say that my password is incorrect and when I go into try to retrieve my password. I realize that my account has my old phone number so I can't receive text message verification and the extra email that is registered under my account hasn't been used in a while and I forgot the password. Could someone please help me

I've tried that but it ask for 2 digits that go into the telephone number slot and that number isn't active anymore then it sends me to the old email address that I can't remember that password too
