yahoo e mail

i was saving some emails and when i went back to them they were gone - what happened and how can i prevent this from happening again - and i DID NOT delete them from my phone

How were you trying to save the e-mails?

Were you moving them from your inbox to a folder?

Did they accidentally end up in the wrong folder?

Were you using some other program to download them from Yahoo to a folder on your computer?

thank you for getting back to me - i just leave some of my e-mails in my in box after i read them and a few days later they were gone!!!! do you know what that is about????

Are you using the new Yahoo mail or the Classic yahoo mail?

If you are using the new Yahoo try opting out of the new Yahoo mail.

You can easily switch back to the new mail using the link near the top right of the Yahoo mail page when in the classic view.

It can't hurt to try. Did you check your folders? Did you check the troubleshooting guide?
