I have Windows Live Mail on Microsoft 8.1 on my laptop. Every few weeks with no warning all the messages are automatically deleted. Some small boxes come up on the screen but they disappear quite quickly so I'm not sure what they say. I therefore lose my Inbox messages and also all Sent messages. How can I stop this happening?
