Hello,

The Freedom2Surf incoming and outgoing email servers are:

incoming mail server: inmail.f2s.com
outgoing mail server: outmail.f2s.com

Your username is your full email address, and any symbols should be replaced with dashes

I'm trying desperately to reinstate my wife's outgoing email after this went down a couple of weeks ago. Can you also specify SSL status, authentication (I'm guessing password) and server port please. Also, do you replace @ in the email address with a dash? I'd be really grateful if you could help. Many thanks.

Hi David,

The F2S service appears to be hosted by TalkTalk, but I don't see email setting listed on their pages anymore - TalkTalk Help

I recommend giving them a call and asking support for the current settings.

The server name is still inmail.f2s.com , regardless of if you are configuring SSL or not.

I did some checking and it appears that the mail server listed above does support both regular and secure POP3 & IMAP.

Sorry - I spoke to TalkTalk before posting. They deny all knowledge of f2s, so were unable to help. Why am I not surprised?
