looking for feedback from the community. We have a web based form hosted at Godaddy built with wordpress plugin. The form is used by customers to add their information, select a Sales person from the list in the form and upload documents for printing purposes. The sales folks email is hosted by US Internet. The issue is some sales folks are receiving email with the form and some are not. We discussed the issue with US Internet, they are saying the email is not even hitting their server for the folks who are not receiving it, while Godadday says all emails are going fine from their server. How can it be that some sales folks with the same domain email are receiving the emails and some are not.
I will appreciate any feedback/direction from the community on this issue. thanks for your help! AJ
