Update

Proton mail was just updated & there are issues.

1. Trash folder shows 17 but is empty.
2. My archive is now empty,lost everything.
   
3. Inbox shows 8 messages but is empty.
4. Certain parts are lighter in shade of color than other ares.

@ProtonMail asks that you report those issues via report bug so they can contact you for detailed replication steps.

There is not a set of steps posted to restore a mailbox, but they'll provide them in private support chat.

Try logging in with their v2 link - ProtonMail

Does that link work any better for you?

I sent the bug report yesterday.

I did notice on the log on page a link..."Having trouble? Use the old version (v2)"

Maybe they anticipated issues or are aware of them.
