When I send mail to one of my email groups I get an auto resonder from someone NOT in my email group, or even a contact.
The responder says he is out of the office...
How do I get him out of my email address book when he isnt even in it?
Its beyond me.
Most likely one of the people in your contact list has a forward from an account in your group to the account that is auto-responding to you. The auto-responder does not include the name of the person who is out of the office? It's possible someone has the wrong From: address on their out of office message but most likely it's someone who really is in your contact list but has their email forwarded to a different email address.
