What is going on when I get an email back saying recipient doesn't like this address
and
that there is no address when I know there really is?

There are a couple things that could be happening including it being a spam block or a bad address book entry with some spaces or other characters that don't belong appended to a saved email contact. If you reply with the full bounce message that you are receiving we will be better able to help you troubleshoot the problem.
