There's a lock icon next to my hotmail msgs?

I recently got three e-mails from youtube about someone sending me a video.
When I went to delete them, I found I couldn't because what appears to be a little padlock/lock icon next to the message.
I've never seen this before, nor have had any help with google.
I use a computer at my local library because I don't own my own.

Help?
