I want to print individual emails, not the complete threads.
Previous answers make sense but do not work for me.
I click on the gear icon.
I go to settings.
I go to viewing email
There is a button to enable 'Group by Conversation' Selecting the option only changes the appearance of the conversation thread. It does not switch it off.
