- Open Outlook: Double click on your Outlook 2007 icon to get it started.
- Open Outlook Options: Click Tools in the top navigation and select Options in the drop down which will open the configuration window shown below.
- Open E-Mail Options: Click on the E-Mail Options button which will open a new configuration window as shown below.
- Modify Sent Items Option: Uncheck the “Save copies of messages in Sent Items folder”. Then click the OK button at the bottom to save the option.
