Spam folder hijacked by an ad

I'm unable to access my Spam folder because the folder has been totally hijacked by an ad. There's no way to scroll and there's no "X" to click to get rid of the &%$^ thing. It's weird and it's been there for a couple of weeks. Refreshing the page does nothing. Here's what it looks like. Help!
