Dear hotmail, recently some sort of spam virus had targeted my email and now I cannot open it. I have given a new email to try to open that email that I have and I have verified myself. It says it takes 24 hours to review the information yet I have gotten no reply and it has been 4 days. I really need my previous email because it has my documents on it and everything I need. How could I retrieve this account and why has the hotmail team not replied?
