Someone has hacked into my email account

someone has hacked into my email account i do not have an alternate email i have forgotten my secret answear because i have made this email when i was in grade seven and its very long since i had this email i have alot of my personal stuff in there such as pictures emails school stuff iam very scared i REALLY need help please help me get it back!
