I have a website designed by a design company and it comes with use of a Smartermail Enterprise 9.2 account to send & receive emails. I have an email that I will be sending regularly to lots of people. At the moment instead of creating the email each time I am forwarding it from my sent box & just deleting the bits with the forwarding information on. This is quite a lengthy process especially when I have to send it up to 30 times a day. I thought that maybe there could be an easier way like setting it up as a template so I just open it straight up each time. If any one could help with this it would be amazing as I am so bored of keep forwarding it.
