Sent Emails

It appears that someone has gotten into my yahoo contacts and has sent them ALL only what I can call a spam email from a realestate site. How has this happened and how do I stop it.

They must all think I have lost the plot as I have had quite a few responses asking me if I had been drinking!

Hi uselss,

Immediately change your password, and verify your account reset information such as forwarding email addresses and security questions & answers. A scan if your computer with malwarebytes to rule out spyware infection is a good idea too.
