Send multiple emails to same address with delay inbetween?

I'm trying to send multiple copies of the same email to one email address but with a slight delay between each for a total of about 5 seconds or so. Where I work extra days off are granted by sending an email 21 days before @6am on a first come first serve basis so if I could quickly spam the sever it would increase my chances greatly.
