You cannot sort your mail Filters in Yahoo but you can search your list to quickly find a filter to edit or delete using your browser. Making even a large filter list managable.
At your Filters page (settings/... more settings/Filters):
Use Ctrl+F or, with your mouse, click the 3 dot menu (Chrome) in the upper right of your screen, then select 'Find'. This opens the Find search field at the upper right of browser.
Start typing a filter name/title and it will search your filter list and find filters even if they do not appear on the screen (as with a very long list of filters).
You will need to select the filter with your mouse and, if you want to delete it, you will need to scroll back up and click the delete icon.
