Screening my bosses email

Hello, I am here to hopefully get some ideas!

I work for a mid-sized company with a single president and owner. He is now getting three to four hundred emails per day. As the only "IT Guy" the responsibility has fallen on me to screen his emails. Here's my dilemma:

We host with GoDaddy, and they provide all our email service. He checks his email on his phone, PC, and desktop computer using outlook/default mail apps. Therein lies the issue. I can screen emails through outlook all I want, but this will only reflect on his laptop or desktop, and not his phone, etc.

Any ideas on how to successfully screen his emails that will reflect on both of his computers and his mobile device?

Hi DeBernardi,

If you configure all of the computers and devices to use IMAP you should be able to screen the email and anything you remove would get deleted on all computers & devices.

Is using IMAP everywhere a possibility?

Yes, I called and confirmed with GoDaddy that our email plan supports IMAP. Thank you very much! I'm assuming it shouldn't be overly difficult to switch the devices to IMAP.
