Hello, I have a domain that I want to set up so multiple people in my company can read and reply to email. For example, I might set up an address such as info@mydomain.com. Do most hosting companies have this capability? I plan to ask my web host company but thought I would ask here as well. What do I need to consider when doing this?

It depends on the purpose, how much you care about tracking, if missing an email matters, etc.
Is it possible that what you really need is a web based ticketing system that can create and open a ticket when it receives a new email and also supports email replies back to customers?
