Has anyone else not been able to log into their safe-mail? There's a message on their website saying there's a technical issue and will be solved on 1st of november but still no luck as of now. Can't even retrieve password with my email.
Have tried sending emails since Sunday, no reply. Their customer service really suck? Anyone been able to contact them successfully? Makes me wonder if they're having another cyber attack again.
