Route emails from MS outlook to another email address

Hey everyone,

I receive a lot of e-mails on my office e-mail address, most of them are sent through distribution lists.
We use MS Outlook 2013 and I was wondering if I could automatically forward all the e-mails sent to me only/ to the one's I'm marked in To.. or CC.. to another e-mail address so that I could filter out all the important ones

Any help/alternative ideads are appreciated...
