Did your email to a recipient who uses Godaddy for their email hosting get rejected?
Returned mail: #5.1.0 Address rejected. (from smtp.secureserver.net)
Most likely your ISP mail server has a poor reputation or is some blacklists.
If you run your own mail server check your logs for signs of abuse, then do reputation and blacklisting checks before trying to submit delistings.
