On 6/30/12 my verizon yahoo e mail account dr.m.rand@verizon.net was infected by a virus. When I found out about it, I shut it down, but my entire contact list, all my folders and all my existing e mails were lost. I was able to re-contsruct some of my contact list. Is there any way for Yahoo to restore my lost files and e mails? My e mail account is back up and running again now.
