Repeating E-mail

Hello,
Are you using a webmail site such as Gmail or Yahoo Mail, or a mail program on your computer/phone to read your email?
Have you tried to create a mail filter that will delete the email?
Could it be stuck because you are in an autoresponder war with the original sender?
Sometimes pop3 programs get confused if your account was restored.
If your service also supports IMAP, switching to IMAP might be a quick fix too, but I don't think that's the solution here.
