My son is attending school on a tall ship which is constantly on the move from port to port and he uses a hotmail address for his emails so he can keep in touch with us regularly. Technology has improved now that his movements are being assessed by HOTMAIL as possibly someone else is using his account and has shut it down and he doesn't know how to change the parameters (if that is possible) so he can send and receive emails to us, his parents. His mom is going to meet him on March 21 at a "Parent Port" and could relate to him how this can be done if someone can please let us know ... the latest by Friday night March20. She is flying out of Toronto very early on the 21st.
