Receiving Emails

[rsmith1028]

When checking in on rsmith1028@satx.rr.com for receiving Emails, I get instead an error ( Ox800C0133) and it states a task is not done. How can I take care of the task ? I tried to send an Email , but it was not sent.
Please advise what I can do.
