Readnotify??? Wots gone wrong?

Hi...yes,yes...I am using Readnotify at the moment...but totally baffeled.It worked with one contact no probs,but it wont work with another...they both use the same web based mail provider,so do not understand why it would do this? I would gratefully appreciate any feedback,at a loss at moment...ty in advance x

Is the e mail in question in your "personal tracking page"?

Are you using the trail or paid version?
