problems to recive mails from hotmail

Hi, I'm system administrator of a ISP company, i have problems whith the reception of mail from de domain hotmail, and they dont send any log to debug the problem, the mistake is the folowing:

Hello,

Do you have any logs showing what happens when the Hotmail mail servers try to connect?

Do you have any spam filtering in place that might be dropping connections from Hotmail?

The DNS for the mail server looks OK. You have a valid MX record and your mail servers appears to respond reasonable fast.

Hi,
I have noticed over the last month or so that the service by hotmail has been very poor with the systems down for maintenance or it is busy and to try later or it is just downright slow. What on earth is going on as it used to be a fantastic service.
No I do not have any filters and all Anti Virus is set up AOK as are spam filters etc. It is Hotmail not my computer as Gmail is fine as are the other email accounts through Firefox and Google Chrome, but not Hotmail?
Any help suggestions or explanations would be welcome.
