Problem opening emails on my hotmail account

Dear All,

Sometimes ( 2 days a month or 3 days a month) I Have problem with opening my email., not all of email but some of them. ( it's a range of emails)

When I try to open it says:
"Windows Live Hotmail is temporarily unavailable. Please try again in a few minutes. If it's been more than an hour, tell us you're still waiting."

I understand someitmes hotmail maintain it's server but it occurs in continous period.

It really bother me, also cannot open important emails.
My email account is batonhaxhiu@hotmail.com.

I also tried to contact hotmail directly but it was impossible.

Please do something.

Also, a different way to work around problems with the webmail interface is to use Windows Live Mail 2011 to check or mail the pop3 email program of your choice :
