Pop up telling me to unblock addblocker?

Hi, new to the forum.
I have a rather annoying pop-up everytime I'm accessing my mailbox.
It's telling me to stop using ad blockers.
Is this something that I have to put up with or can it be removed without having to pay the asked for payment?
