personal yahoo account can download attachments other also free official account can not

sir,
please help..
we use yahoo for all office purpose all of a sudden the attachments are not being able to be downloaded from the mail whereas in all the cases my other yahoo account can easily download attachmnets in the same browsers and the same PC's.
i fear i have made some account settings change unknowingly which i need your advice to reverse pleas
please help..
