password reset issues


New Email
I have an account. For the past week I have been unable to access. Today, I asked for a code for resetting my password. I successfully reset my password.
Then when I went to sign in it asked me for a code, again. I entered the code I have. It would not accept. Then proceeded to suggest sending a code to an email address I no longer use.
HELP! Enough of this going in circles. I have reset my password three times in the past 10 days and still can't get in to my email account.
