Hi all, my email address is bennygerry@outlook.com and my wife's address is propheticlady@live.com. She keeps getting this when she opens up her email address 'Did you request a security info change?' and she cannot get back to her emails. She do not have the old email address she gave years ago bennyroberts7@hotmail.com because hotmail just after many years and 2000 emails closed it for security reasons and I could never get my email address back. She gave that as an email address. Now she is struggling to get back her emails. How frustrating.
