outlook error - can not open the outlook window

I am trying to open my outlook and keep getting a message that says microsoft outlook cannot open the outlook window how do i correct this

Hello,

Go to start -> run -> and then type in:

outlook.exe /resetnavpane

Did this solution fix the problem for you?
