How do i determine the outgoing mail server of an ISP. Like Peak 10 and Earthlink

Unlock The Inbox
Send an email from one of those domains to a different account and look at the "Headers" of the email. You will see a "Received" line in the headers - this will contain the outgoing mail server name and/or IP, commonly referred to as the "LSIP" - Last sending IP.
If you send an email from those emails to this testing tool: Email Tester it will list all the information you're looking for in the mail flow section.

Are you looking for the names that are used in email client settings or the outgoing IP addresses?
The names are usually on the ISP's support pages. Sometimes forums such as this site track them too.
For example - What are the Earthlink incoming (pop3) and outgoing (smtp) mail servers?
