Not receiving all my emails - Error Message not delivered

Good evening,

I am working on an important project and I am stuck because I am not receiving all my emails.

People are trying to send me emails through my hotmail email and they are getting a message that it can't be delivered.

Is anyone experiencing this same problem and do we fix this. This problem is from 2 days ago.

Can you copy & paste the exact error message they are getting?

Try sending yourself an email from a different email account, does that work or get an error message?

Hello,

According to the error message, you either have too much email in your inbox and folders, or the emails being sent to you are too big.

If the attached files are too big for email you can using Google Drive or a 3rd party such as Hightail.

Hello,

Please check your inbox and folders for large email attachments.

You may need to remove some old email from your account if a simple test message can't get through.
