NOT RECEIVING ALL EMAILS IN HOTMAIL ACCOUNT

I have been told by a couple of clients that they have sent an email to me in the past week - but I have not received them - as I use hotmail as my work email this is essential that I receive all emails - my email is bigcomedyshop@hotmail.co.uk - one email I know I didn't receive was a reply to my email I sent them on 2nd November to siancritchley@hotmail.com and she said she definitely replied yesterday but I did not receive - again this happened but a few days previous with email judy.hobson@bbc.co.uk - can someone please let me know why this has happened and how to remedy this?

Did your client get a bounce message when trying to reply to the email from you?

Check your Deleted and Junk mail folders. Are the missing emails in there?

Missing email isn't a typical warning sign for hacked accounts but it's always possible someone else has access to your account too. It can't hurt to change both your password and your security question & answer.

The mail servers for bbc.co.uk do not appear to be on any blacklists.

Are you getting any email? Are you missing some or all of your incoming email?
