Hello, My name is Dale and I was wondering if there is any human compassion out there in the world. I have a problem that I have no idea how to fix. My moms computer crashed about 1 1/2 months ago and now I am trying to read her emails to her over the phone and I cannot log in to her account and I was wondering is it because I am in a different location and the wifi I am using doesn't match the one she usually uses or what? I really don't know the answer and I would appreciate any advise. If I were near by we would just go down and buy her a new computer but I am some distance from her and I can't. Thank you Dale
