Not connected to the server

I access my email on my desk top via microsoft outlook. currently I am unable to receive new emails. The new emails are present in my inbox when I login directly via RR.com

You might also need to restart your mail program or computer to clear a glitch. Making sure that your email and other programs are up to date is a good idea too.
