New Email
For the past 2 or 3 days my E-mail window has not changed. I typically receive emails by the minutes. A hundred or so a day.

You didn't give us much information. What email program do you use? Have you tried closing your browser and opening a new one and logging back in? Is it possible that you could have been hacked and they are intercepting your emails? have you tried to send yourself an email from a different account to see what would happen? Try these things and let us know what you discover.
