no e-mails

Hi, I am not sure what caused my e-mails to stop going to my account, but I recently added an additional account and since that time I have not received any e-mail nor have I been able to send any. Thanks, Bob

Hi Bob,

Try sending an email to your account to the address that is not working from an alternate account such as a Gmail or Hotmail account.

Do you get a bounce message returned? Please copy/paste it here.
