Same problem for me, on and off for at least two weeks. ATT web site acknowledges problem and says they are working on solving. Error messages I get say my user name or password is incorrect but that's not true. Is your experience the same? I have talked with ATT/Bellsouth TS people four times. They all walk me through changing the Incoming and Outgoing email server settings and the port numbers but that does not help. The next day I may be able to download emails from the server and send emails for a few hours, then off again. Does anybody out there know how and when this problem will be solved? Thanks.
