nightmail.org and citymail.org com a nightmare recipient just sees jiberish why

Why can't recipients from Gmail to nightmail.org and city mail. org\net \com read my email when I send them I can see their mails fine what's wrong??

If I try to create an account I get a notice that new registrations are now allowed.

Can you take a screen shot of the problem and attach it to a reply?
