New Hotmail Interface is extremely Slow.

Hi, ever since the newest upgrade to the Hotmail interface, my Hotmail account has been running really, really slow.I’ve never had this issues until it automatically upgraded to the new version earlier this year.
It takes about 5 seconds just to delete an email, and I can see it very slowly disappearing.
Recently it has been freezing right after I delete an email, which I then have to log out and log in several times.
People tell me it’s my server, but it’s happening on every computer that I have, including my work computer which has an extremely fast server.The only way I can view/delete email message is through my I phone.
Any help is appreciated since I communicate though my Hotmail account daily.
